Rug Return Policy
Please understand that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, unless items have been damaged in transport.
Please note that most of the items we sell here are vintage, meaning that they may have some imperfections, due to their age or the way they've been made : all the items I have selected for the shop are handmade 100%. If there's anything special you need to know about the item, it will be specified in the listing. Also, we try to take the most honest pictures so you get a good idea of what the item really likes.
Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
